Cutting edge R&D for mobile ads

When working at Opera Mediaworks (AdColony) I created an R&D initiative to ensure we were striving to be at the cutting edge of possibilities with mobile tech. Many of our bigger clients, including Nike, EA Sports and Sony were often very interest in any new formats and ideas that we had been working on.

These particular formats exploited the native tech available to us on mobile, such as the accelerometer and location, which were some of the unique and exciting aspects of advertising in-app on mobile.
